Within the scope of an MBO, Andreas Rödel, founder of ProGeo GmbH and longstanding member of the Executive Board of PROGEO Holding AG, now Solutiance AG, takes over ProGeo Monitoring Systeme und Services GmbH & Co. KG from Solutiance Property GmbH with effect from April 1, 2018. At the same time, Andreas Rödel is leaving Solutiance as a member of the Management Board. Andreas Rödel had already acquired the company building at the Großbeeren site from Solutiance Property at the beginning of 2018. The changes implemented are part of the realignment of business activities at Solutiance AG. In the future, Solutiance AG and its subsidiaries will focus exclusively on the growth field of digital maintenance management of buildings.
