With smartex mx, sealing leaks are detected and located in real time, because smartex mx monitors the sealing over the entire surface and does so around the clock, completely automatically. As soon as the leakage occurs, there is a significant increase in the electrical potential measured in the contact layer below the seal. This is immediately detected by Sensormatrix and converted into a leakage position.
This was tested by an expert of the TÜV on an approx. 1,500 m² building waterproofing. As you can see in the short film, it worked really well. No wonder, because ProGeo has been producing automatic monitoring systems for waterproofing for more than 25 years.
