Ideal for flat roofs, green roofs and solar roofs from 250 m²

The smartex® mx system uses sensor technology and electroimpedance-based measurement technology. A sensor matrix with a conductive contact position is installed under the roof waterproofing. A counter electrode on the seal forms an electric field when wet. In the event of a leak, a compensating current flows into the contact layer. The sensor matrix measures these changes in real time and transmits the data to the ProGeo® monitoring portal. In this way, leaks are detected immediately and localized with high precision.

The smartex® is product range offers optimal protection for smaller areas where an approximate location of the leak is sufficient. The sensor cable is installed with a conductive fleece under the seal. A counter electrode is installed on the seal. A measuring and evaluation unit on the roof or in the building transmits the data to the monitoring portal.

The smartex® io point sensor detects moisture in warm roofs and non-visible components in real time. The basis is an innovative sensor head that reaches up to the vapor barrier and continuously converts the humidity state from absolutely dry to completely soaked into an analog signal. Moisture developments and distributions in the component are thus described precisely and comparably. Optionally, the sensors can be expanded with temperature and humidity measurement in the component.
