smartex® mx
Ideal for flat roofs, green roofs and solar roofs from 250 m²
The smartex® mx system uses sensor technology and electroimpedance-based measurement technology. A sensor matrix with a conductive contact position is installed under the roof waterproofing. A counter electrode on the seal forms an electric field when wet. In the event of a leak, a compensating current flows into the contact layer. The sensor matrix measures these changes in real time and transmits the data to the ProGeo® monitoring portal. In this way, leaks are detected immediately and localized with high precision.

Ideal for small roof areas, balconies and dormers as well as complex roofscapes in architecturally demanding buildings
The smartex® is product range offers optimal protection for smaller areas where an approximate location of the leak is sufficient. The sensor cable is installed with a conductive fleece under the seal. A counter electrode is installed on the seal. A measuring and evaluation unit on the roof or in the building transmits the data to the monitoring portal.

The geologger® product range is specially developed for use in civil engineering and environmental protection and monitors the waterproofing of geotechnical structures. geologger® is approved by the Federal Office for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) for the sealing of landfills and has been reliably protecting our environment for over 30 years. The sensor cables are extremely robust as well as longitudinally waterproof and stretchable with PE layer sheathing that prevents damage caused by structural stress.

In order for data to become valuable information, it must reach its destination quickly and reliably. ProGeo® monitoring systems use state-of-the-art technologies for remote data transmission, whether wired or wireless, for efficient and precise monitoring.

Connection and connection options
The measurement and evaluation units can be connected via a 230 V connection in the building or via a solar module when installed on the roof. Long-term batteries are also available for power supply for individual sensors or small groups of sensors.

Offline monitoring
In exceptional cases, the ProGeo® systems can also be delivered in an offline mode. This has some disadvantages in terms of functionalities, but is necessary for individual system-critical buildings to protect information.

Monitoring Portal
In the web-based monitoring portal, all system data is aggregated and processed centrally. Here you can find out about the condition of your property at any time and analyze the data comprehensively after an alarm message.
