Structural Health Sensors
In addition to temperature and humidity, our Structural Health sensors also measure settlement, deformation, inclination and load in real time. This means that special issues can also be observed using measurement technology. ProGeo® develops individual solutions that meet your requirements.
Settlement
In in-situ settlement measurement, a CLE sensor hose continuously measures hydraulic differential pressures along the hose axis to accurately detect local height changes as a result of subsidence. In this way, subsidence can be reliably monitored and analyzed.
Deformation
To monitor deformations and crack widths on components, ProGeo® offers solutions with high-precision strain gauges and linear potentiometers. These systems enable the continuous detection of strains and movements in order to detect critical conditions at an early stage.
Inclination
High-precision inclinometers measure the smallest angular changes in real time and monitor the load-bearing behavior of components. The recorded data is measured locally and evaluated via the ProGeo® monitoring portal.
Load
Special load sensors are used to precisely measure snow loads and other loads. Continuous data collection enables real-time monitoring of critical load limits. The data is automatically evaluated in order to initiate measures to ensure the load-bearing capacity in good time.

In order for data to become valuable information, it must reach its destination quickly and reliably. ProGeo® monitoring systems use state-of-the-art technologies for remote data transmission, whether wired or wireless, for efficient and precise monitoring.

Connection and data transfer options
The measurement and evaluation units can be connected via a 230 V connection in the building or via a solar module when installed on the roof. Long-term batteries are also available for power supply for individual sensors or small groups of sensors.

Offline monitoring
In Ausnahmefällen können die ProGeo® Systeme auch in einem Offline-Modus geliefert werden. Dies bringt einige Nachteile bei den Funktionalitäten mit sich, ist aber für einzelne systemkritischen Bauwerke zum Schutz von Informationen notwendig.
