In in-situ settlement measu­rement, a CLE sensor hose conti­nuously measures hydraulic diffe­rential pressures along the hose axis to accurately detect local height changes as a result of subsi­dence. In this way, subsi­dence can be reliably monitored and analyzed.

Defor­mation

To monitor defor­ma­tions and crack widths on components, ProGeo® offers solutions with high-precision strain gauges and linear poten­tio­meters. These systems enable the conti­nuous detection of strains and movements in order to detect critical condi­tions at an early stage.

Incli­nation

High-precision incli­no­meters measure the smallest angular changes in real time and monitor the load-bearing behavior of components. The recorded data is measured locally and evaluated via the ProGeo® monitoring portal.

Load

Special load sensors are used to precisely measure snow loads and other loads. Conti­nuous data collection enables real-time monitoring of critical load limits. The data is automa­ti­cally evaluated in order to initiate measures to ensure the load-bearing capacity in good time.

In order for data to become valuable infor­mation, it must reach its desti­nation quickly and reliably. ProGeo® monitoring systems use state-of-the-art techno­logies for remote data trans­mission, whether wired or wireless, for efficient and precise monitoring.

Connection and data transfer options

The measu­rement and evaluation units can be connected via a 230 V connection in the building or via a solar module when installed on the roof. Long-term batteries are also available for power supply for individual sensors or small groups of sensors.

Offline monitoring

In Ausnah­me­fällen können die ProGeo® Systeme auch in einem Offline-Modus geliefert werden. Dies bringt einige Nachteile bei den Funktio­na­li­täten mit sich, ist aber für einzelne system­kri­ti­schen Bauwerke zum Schutz von Infor­ma­tionen notwendig.
